The Solar Broker’s quality solar systems are always great value

At The Solar Broker,  our business model enables us to give our clients high quality, commercial grade solar systems at very reasonable prices. Our products and installers are certified by the Clean Energy Council.

Our close relationship with Australia’s top wholesalers allows us to offer the highest quality systems available for Australian conditions. By shipping directly to our installers, we eliminate unnecessary transport and double handling, offering you additional savings.

Remote administration staff based in Australia reduce our operating costs even further. This allows us to pass on further savings to our customers, ensuring The Solar Broker’s quality solar systems are always affordable. It is essential to have a high quality solar system installed in Australia’s harsh climate, as well as high quality installations.

This Smart Aussie went solar. Instead of paying his electricity bills he uses the money saved to take his family on holidays, If you spend $500 a quarter on electricity you will waste close to $15,000 on electricity over the next 5 years.

There are numerous bargain basement operators and quoting platforms where installers have to offer a reduced rate to compete for your business...

By forcing installers to bid for jobs based on price, they undermine quality and safety – often without the knowledge of their customers. To cut costs, some panels are earthed as a whole string instead of individually; low-grade wiring is used; cheap isolators are used; panel brackets are skipped; and even cheap panels are being relabelled as Premium Tier 1 (this is rampant now).

In addition, cheapies advertise their panels as Tier 1 when in reality they are B-grade rejects from the manufacturer. When the NSW Fair Trading Commission audited one low-cost provider, 63% of installations had faults.

Would you want a roof that will last for 25-30 years to be installed by the lowest bidder?

The Rising Cost of Electricity

Due to government policy and poor planning, Australia, which used to have some of the lowest-cost electricity in the world, now has the dubious distinction of being the world’s most expensive. South Australia wins the prize for the most expensive electricity. In the world’s top ten most expensive electricity prices, six Australian states would have the honor of having the most expensive electricity prices. As wholesale electricity costs have increased 70-fold since February 2022, consumers will be forced to pay more.

Government Grants

Take action now before the Government pulls the grant

If you are entitled to a government rebate, feed-in tariffs, or subsidies, these can be applied to offset some of the system investment. Savings are not guaranteed and any savings will depend on your individual circumstances, the size and orientation of your solar system, and the amount of electricity you use.

Electricity generated will vary based on location and yearly variations in weather patterns. The figure is based on the AGL Solar Saver plan.

Note: Any Government subsidy, rebate or energy provider feed-in tariff depends on where you live and your selected energy provider.
